Case study · SÛGU product
Sûgu Express is SÛGU Technologies’ public reference case: a multi-surface product whose value depends as much on operational tools as on the customer experience.
Digital commerce and services involve several participants: customers, merchants, providers, support teams and delivery operations. Each needs an appropriate view, while all depend on the same orders, statuses and business rules.
The challenge was to combine simple front-stage journeys with rigorous coordination behind them. Catalogue, availability, ordering, payment, assignment, support and administration had to evolve together without creating different logic for every screen.
SÛGU approached the product as an operating system rather than a succession of pages. Shared domains were centralised, surfaces received clear responsibilities and change was organised through usable increments.
The solution combines web and mobile experiences, partner spaces, shared administration and one backend. This architecture allows commerce, service, payment and delivery journeys to rely on the same operational truth.
Technical foundation
Web and mobile applications, partner workspaces, administration and APIs rely on one shared backend and data model.
The platform uses React and Next.js web applications, React Native mobile experiences, Node.js APIs, a PostgreSQL data model and deployment, validation and observability practices suited to a production system.
Sûgu Express gives SÛGU Technologies a real platform to operate and improve. It provides verifiable evidence of the ability to connect product, engineering and operations without relying on unpublished metrics or client references.
